All photographs, text and design on this website are the intellectual property of Kelly Photography and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Bookings are confirmed once agreed directly with us. Session details, deliverables and any fees are set out at the time of booking.

Kelly Photography retains copyright of all images. Clients receive a licence to use their images for personal or agreed commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to update these terms. The current version always appears on this page.
